Please note this Returns policy is only for purchasing artworks through www.claire-harrison.co.uk. It excludes any products purchased through third parties such as Redbubble, Fine Art America and Thortful who have their own policies.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or damaged the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide Claire Harrison Art with a tracking number. Claire Harrison Art suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
The full cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Item/s MUST be returned in a resalable condition, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase the appropriate insurance and tracking for the return postage and make any claims in the event of any damage during the return transit.
Claire Harrison Art will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, you need to provide a bank account details to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to Claire Harrison Art along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Claire Harrison Art is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
If the item you have purchased is faulty and cannot be replaced or mended, then both your return postage and any purchase postage you were charged, and the full cost of the item will be refunded to you within 14 days of them being received by Claire Harrison Art. If the item is found to be faulty upon receipt, then please notify Claire Harrison as soon as possible.
If the item was damaged in transit, please record this with photographs and email proof of damage to Claire Harrison Art, at the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of accepting delivery. Alternatively, you can refuse delivery stating the reason why. Once this has been done and this has been discussed with Claire Harrison Art, please arrange for the return of item/s. Both your purchase and return postage will be refunded in full as well as the cost of the item/s purchased within 14 days of Claire Harrison receiving them.

Lost in Transit
If you think the product is lost on the way to you, you should immediately report this to Claire Harrison Art.
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, Claire Harrison Art reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
