This mixed media artwork is pencil and watercolour. One large figure can be seen disappearing amongst the bindweed flowers and stems. Within the background, additional detail in pencil has been added that is grasses and stems curling and growing amongst the flowers, leaves and human forms. Arms, legs, feet and hands all grow from the undergrowth just as the stems and flowers of the bindweed do, showing that humanity is dependent upon nature around them. |
