In this watercolour an androgenous figure grows amongst the aquilegia/columbine flowers. Arms, legs, stems and petals become entangled showing humanity's relationship with nature. Even though the human race considers themselves separate or even above nature, we are in fact a part of it. Energy from the carbon and water cycles flow through us to and from nature and the landscape around us. |
